• What is considered an AREA?

Typically for Carpet Cleaning Services, an area is considered as a room that is up to 225 square feet (that is 15 x 15). Living Room/Dining Room combos are considered two areas. Non-standard areas (hallways, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price.

• How do I prepare for your visit?

We ask that our clients do a little prep work prior to our visit. It's not too much, but we ask that you vacuum the areas you'd like to be cleaned and move any decorative, cherished, or breakable objects off tables and floors. We move most items at no charge. For Mobile Auto Detailing Services we ask that you remove all personal effects prior to cleaning.

• How quickly will my carpets/furniture dry?

The Carpet Cleaning industry standard has been 24 hours for the carpet to dry completely, although certain factors may affect that time. We do a double dry pass when we clean, so our dry times for Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning are usually around the 8-16 hour mark.

• How often should I clean my carpets?

This comes down to how busy your home or business is and how much foot traffic your carpet sees on a daily basis. To keep your carpet looking and performing at its best, The Carpet and Rug Institute recommends having your carpet professionally deep-cleaned every 12 to 18 months.
