Basic Cleaning
Our Basic Clean is for carpets that are in good/fair condition, it includes a pre-spray, and residue free rinse and extraction that leaves your carpet at a neutral PH level meaning your carpets stay cleaner for much longer. $40.00/Area
Pro Package
Our Pro Clean Package is for carpets that are in very bad condition, it includes a pre-spray, and spot treatment for any worn out or high traffic areas, this includes an agitation process that loosens up the soils, and our residue free rinse and extraction. Then we add our fiber protection and grooming. $80.00/Area
Rug Cleaning
Our Rug Cleaning Service uses a VLM or (very low moisture) method of cleaning which thoroughly cleans all types of fabrics. This means fast dry times and a full and efficient clean without damaging the floors underneath. $1.00-2.00/sq. ft.
Steps/Hallways
These are usually the Most walked on parts of your home, but our powerful cleaning agents cut right through dirt to revive and refresh High Traffic Hallways, Steps, and Landings.

Plus+ Package
Our Plus+ Clean Package is for carpets that are in fair/bad condition, it includes a pre-spray, and spot treatment for any worn out or high traffic areas, this includes an agitation process that loosens up the tough soils, and grease, followed by our residue free rinse and extraction. $60.00/Area
Pet Spot/Odor
Treatment
It is extremely important to treat the soiled area as soon as possible. Once the urine dries, it becomes alkaline and is much more difficult to remove. We use a special treatment system that will extract all urine and odor causing bacterial growth. $20.00/Area
